Agreement between the Customer and World Petals.
The World Petals web site is comprised of various web pages operated by World Petals. Those pages are presented in their entirety on www.worldpetals.com & affiliate websites and reproduced on country specific sites around the world.
The World Petals web sites is offered to you conditional on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of World Petals Web Sites constitute your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Transacting with World Petals Web Site(s)
Prices shown on the World Petals Web Site(s) are shown in multiple currencies. World Petals provides an indicative currency conversion program. This is an estimation of the base currency using daily currency conversion data displayed on XE.com
Prices do not include the standard delivery fee which varies dependant on the cities & countries that you select for delivery. Delivery is clearly displayed on the cart page before the checkout.
Prices include all local taxes where applicable.
Term of use
World Petals reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in World Petals sole discretion.

Delivery Dates & Times.
World Petals & its affiliates make deliveries Monday to Sunday. We do not deliver on Public Holidays (unless specify or special occasion falls on these days. For example: Valentine’s Day). Any orders placed for these days will be delivered either before or after the requested date – our experienced florists will determine a suitable date for delivery of your gift. Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays and/or Sundays.
Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours (before 6pm). Deliveries to residential addresses may be made either during or after business hours
If your order has a firm delivery time requirement or is urgent, please make sure you contact us so that we can advise delivery availability.

Special Occasion
For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special dates where flowers traditionally are in high demand, please submit your order at least two days working days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks.
Delivery Fee
Our delivery fee is added to your order at the checkout. In some cases additional delivery charges may apply. If this is the case one of our operators will contact you
Special Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions, please make sure that you tell us on your order. We have provided you with a "Special Instructions" field so that you can do so.
Cancellation
A 50% charge from the amount paid will be levied for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled. Cancellation policy will differ during peak seasons. Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made.
Orders Containing Alcohol
Orders Containing Alcohol Gift basket and flower orders containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over.

In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in finding gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient.
Make It Nice & Beautiful
Together with our affiliates, we will use the freshest flowers. Hence, we may need to substitute depending on seasonal and international availability. The appearance of the floral arrangements featured gives a good guideline. However, our creative team will professionally recreate designs based on their creative interpretation. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. We will do our best to ensure that the bouquet is of equal or higher value and presentation standard

World Petals respects the privacy concerns of all our customers and florists. World Petals is PCI compliant and takes regular audit steps to ensure ongoing compliance with this critical industry standard.
Use of Information
As a general policy personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected upon membership registration for the purpose of invoicing and mailing of other correspondence which are important to you as a World Petals customer (e.g. product catalogues). Certain non-personal information is also recorded by the standard operation of World Petals’ Internet servers such as the user browser in use, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.

All credit card information are NOT stored in in the system. All credit card information is transmitted using 128 bit encryption over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) via our merchant payment gateway (secure site) to make payment.

Choice/Opt-Out
